Milling

Modern rice processing facilities fully automate complex processing steps for several phases, including de-moisturizing, temperature-controlled drying, cleaning, de-husking, de-stoning, polishing, sorting, and grading. In these cutting-edge milling facilities, every stage complies with international standards, and strict process control requirements are painstakingly followed at every level to maintain grain uniformity without compromising the grain’s fundamental quality, fragrance, or scent.
In various phases of the paddy’s passage through these machines’ fork-like vibrating sieves, scalper suction fans, and vibrating sieves, the majority of impurities—regardless of their sizes and types—are totally removed.

Plant for Parboiling:  Processed soft water from a water treatment facility is used in the parboiling process. The factory features specifically made soaking bins with sophisticated water temperature controls based on sensor technology. The technology is considerably better to traditional methods in terms of preventing the formation of unpleasant odours and ensuring sanitary processing of the grain while retaining its fragrance and perfume. An integrated water treatment facility can provide the soft water needed for the parboiling process. Installed are a number of multisorters and colour sorters. The rice is freed from glass fragments, plastic granules, foreign objects, dust, damaged, discoloured, and undesirable grain as it is run through this set of sorting machines.

Milling plant:- Modern milling technology from Satake of Japan is used at Satbhog Overseas’ three cutting-edge milling facilities. With the use of sensors, the online inflow and outflow systems are totally computerised. A variety of Pre cleaners, De-stoners, Precision-sizers, Graders, Paddy separators, De-huskers, Magnets, etc. are included in the plants’ equipment, which has a production capacity of more than 10 tonnes per hour. The plant’s surroundings are safe for the environment and completely shielded from contamination by outside particles.

Plano – Shifters: Plano-Shifters meet the need for high capacity sizers, ensuring uniform grading.

Paddy Separators: With capacities and efficiency unsurpassed in the industry, this equipment separates paddy from brown rice. Producing pure brown rice and paddy products is flexible thanks to its three adjustable-position discharge systems and adjustable separation tray angle.

Length Graders: Satbhog Overseas features high capacity graders that ensure on-line consistent grading at a fairly fast pace. This allows them to separate rice grains of various sizes.

Colour Sorters: The various optical sorting devices are used to determine the colour of the problematic spot in the grain as well as its size and provide for operational flexibility. Through its computer-based monitoring system, online tracking is possible.
