SB’s trademark is the methodical inspection, checking, and re-inspection of paddy and rice to ascertain the end product’s foolproof quality.

For the management of samples, incoming materials, in-process materials, and outgoing materials, our physical laboratory is well-equipped.

To check the rice’s quality, we have the following tools:

Chemical Lab: To access and estimate pesticide residues in paddy that complies with organic and international food safety requirements as well as the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, SB has a laboratory with cutting-edge equipment.

Sorting Machines: At SB production facilities, a number of colour sorters and multi sorters have been installed. The rice is sorted by passing through a succession of machines that remove debris like glass shards, plastic granules, foreign items, dust, broken rice, and undesired grain.

Zero-OX System: We offer a Zero-OX technology for de-infesting organic raw materials in a natural setting. To achieve zero level infestation during its specified shelf life, we further flush CO2 into our packaging.

Micro Biological Lab:Our microbiological lab has the tools necessary to identify and isolate bacteria like e-coli and microfungi.

Water Treatment: All of the water used for par boiling and the steam process has undergone reverse osmosis treatment thanks to SB. It prevents and manages completely dissolved water.

To maximise output and reduce waste, technical expertise and IT systems are updated often. We thoroughly inspect, examine and recheck paddy and rice to guarantee the flawless quality of the finished product.
